You do not need to be a drone specialist
You do not need to know what a GSD is or when PPK works better than RTK. Tell us which decision, analysis or deliverable matters to you. We translate that into a feasible capture, usable files and a quality level that suits your role.
Which decision do you need to be able to take after the capture?
- 01
You manage or maintain buildings
You want to know where the points of attention are, which zones need checking first and which images should go to an expert or contractor. You receive a report per zone, not hundreds of loose photos to sort yourself.
- Property manager
- Building manager (syndic)
- Technical department
- Contractor
- Health and safety coordinator
- 02
You are preparing a restoration or managing heritage
The current condition carries as much weight as the design. A point cloud, façade elevation or 3D model makes complex geometry shareable, including for people who cannot come to the site. That gives you a single source for the inventory, consultation with the Flemish heritage agency (Onroerend Erfgoed) and comparison over the years.
- Heritage manager
- Restoration architect
- Municipality
- Engineering firm

You work with site or project data
The data have to fit your workflow, not ours. You receive raster, vector and point cloud data in the agreed coordinate system and level of detail. If you ask for Lambert 72 (EPSG:31370), you get Lambert 72, with a quality report.
- Land surveyor
- GIS specialist
- BIM coordinator
- Engineering firm
- Solar panel installer
- Nature reserve manager

You have several locations
Read how a multi-site assignment runsA portfolio of dozens of buildings or branches calls for one schedule, one dossier structure and the same quality control on every site. We group the locations by airspace zone, apply for permissions per site and deliver everything in a fixed file structure.
- 05
You need a combination
Ask your question firstA construction site combines inspection, orthophoto and progress monitoring. A monument calls for a 3D model and annotated façade elevations. An industrial roof calls for visual, thermal and spatial data. We build the assignment around your end use, not around a fixed package.
Sectors we work in
The technique differs little from sector to sector. The question and the delivery do.
| Sector | What is usually requested |
|---|---|
| Construction and infrastructure | Construction site monitoring, volume calculation, as-built records, baseline survey of adjacent buildings |
| Property and retail | Roof inspection across several buildings, aerial imagery of sites, damage dossiers |
| Energy | Roof survey for solar panels, thermography of PV installations |
| Heritage and public sector | Baseline surveys, orthographic façade elevations, public engagement |
| Nature and environment | Area mapping, monitoring, management plans |
| Events | Site plans during the build-up, safety meetings |
Named examples, published with permission: 50 hectares of nature reserve in the port of Antwerp for Natuurpunt, and the Slinkse Sinkse festival site during the build-up. See the projects
Describe your location and question in plain language
We handle the technical translation. If a drone is not the best instrument here, we will tell you.
