HOVVR processes personal data and project data only for a clear purpose defined in advance. Here you can read which data we process, why, how long we keep them, who we share them with and what rights you have.

Which data we process

  • Contact and quote details that you provide yourself: name, company, email, phone, project description and location.
  • Image and survey data from an assignment: aerial images, orthophotos, point clouds and thermal captures. These may unintentionally show people or private property.
  • Technical website data: IP address, device and browser details and usage statistics, insofar as you consent to this.

Drone imagery and uninvolved persons

We record only what the assignment requires. People who are not involved in the assignment are kept out of the frame as far as possible or made unrecognisable. You can read more on the Information for local residents page.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We work with processors for hosting and infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel), email (Resend) and website statistics (Google Analytics). The necessary agreements are in place with each processor. Otherwise, we share data only where the law requires it or where it is necessary for the assignment, for example with an airspace manager when applying for a permission.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to anton@de-vis.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.

Changes

We may amend this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change.
