A drone in your neighbourhood. This is what you can expect.
A drone flight raises questions. Why is someone flying here? Am I being filmed? Who can I contact? HOVVR only flies for an agreed assignment. We record only the agreed building, object or site and take measures for safety, privacy and the surroundings.

Why this flight is taking place
The drone is inspecting a roof or façade, recording a building in 3D or mapping a site. The client uses the images for a purpose defined in advance, such as maintenance, renovation, design, inventory or monitoring of works.
Before the flight
We check the location, the geozone and the conditions. We assess the presence of people, traffic, obstacles and sensitive surroundings, and set a safe take-off and observation zone. Where necessary, we inform the client, the property manager or residents in advance.
During the flight
The pilot always keeps the drone in sight and interrupts the flight if conditions change. Stay outside the marked take-off or safety zone and follow the pilot's instructions. Ideally, speak to the pilot after the drone has landed, unless there is an immediate safety reason.
Privacy
We point the camera at the agreed object and keep surrounding homes, plots and people out of the frame as far as possible. Images are not published or used for any other purpose without a valid basis. If people unintentionally appear recognisably in the images, those images are not shared or are made unrecognisable.
After the flight
The images are checked and processed for the agreed assignment. Not all raw images end up in the delivery. We keep image and project data for 90 days after delivery, unless a different period has been agreed with the client.
